This policy applies to all purchases made through this website or any associated checkout, invoice, or payment link. It forms part of the Terms & Conditions.
Prices are stated in US dollars on the offer page. Payment is collected by our payment processor, or by bank transfer or cryptocurrency as agreed.
All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment constitutes acceptance of this policy, the Terms & Conditions, the Earnings & Risk Disclosure, any guarantee terms applying to your purchase, and the non-guaranteed nature of the services.
A payment plan is an instalment arrangement for the full program fee. It is not a subscription and is not cancel-anytime. By choosing a payment plan you commit to the full fee, and cancelling, pausing, or stopping payments does not end your agreement or reduce the amount you owe.
Where a plan is offered, the schedule is stated at checkout ($997 today, then two further payments of $750, each charged every 28 days). You authorise us and our processor to charge the agreed method on the scheduled dates.
Course pillars are released in phases as set out in the Terms: Psychology & Strategy in month one, Prop Firm in month two, Scaling in month three. Pay-in-full members receive all pillars immediately.
If a scheduled payment fails and is not resolved within seven (7) days of notice, it is a default: the full outstanding balance becomes immediately due, access may be suspended, and the unpaid balance may be recovered as a debt. Amounts already paid are not refunded.
A membership, such as The Observatory, is a recurring subscription and is separate from a payment plan. It renews automatically until you cancel.
Billing. The price and billing interval are stated at checkout. Your first payment is taken on the day you join, and each renewal is charged on the same cycle date to the payment method on file. All amounts are stated in US dollars and are charged in advance for the period ahead.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through the payment provider or by contacting us. Cancellation stops all future renewals. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for and then ends. We do not pro-rate or refund part-periods, and cancelling part-way through a period does not entitle you to a partial refund.
Founding and promotional rates. Where a founding or promotional rate is applied at checkout, that rate is held for as long as your membership remains continuously active. If your membership ends for any reason, including cancellation by you or cancellation by the provider for non-payment, the rate ends with it, and any later re-join is at the price then advertised. Founding rates are limited in number and are not transferable.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, the payment provider may retry it under its own retry schedule, and access may be paused until a payment succeeds. If no payment succeeds within that schedule, the subscription is cancelled and access ends. Unlike a payment plan, no further balance is owed for a cancelled membership.
Price changes. We may change membership pricing for new members at any time. Existing members will be given at least 30 days' notice before any change to their own renewal price takes effect, and may cancel before it applies.
Access when a membership ends. When a membership ends, access to all membership content and tools ends, including the course, the indicators, the labs, and the community. Nothing in a membership grants permanent or lifetime access to any element.
Due to the personalised nature of the service, reserved time, and immediate access to proprietary digital materials, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Any guarantee, where offered, is not a refund. Some purchases carry a guarantee agreed separately in writing for that individual purchase; others carry a published standard guarantee, such as the Payout Guarantee applying to The Observatory membership, whose full conditions are published on this website and accepted by you at checkout. In every case the remedy under a guarantee is the remedy stated in that guarantee, which is service credit and never a cash refund. Any refund terms for a specific engagement must be stated explicitly in writing before purchase.
UK/EU consumers — waiver of cooling-off: by purchasing you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and services, and you acknowledge that by accessing the content within the statutory 14-day cancellation period you lose the right to cancel in respect of that content to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to contact us to resolve any billing dispute, and to allow us at least 14 days from our acknowledgement of the issue to resolve it, before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us, or in a manner inconsistent with the acceptance records you provided at purchase, will be treated as a breach of this policy. In response we may immediately suspend or terminate your access without refund, and submit our records of delivery, access, platform activity, communication, scheduling, and your acceptance of these terms to the payment networks as evidence to contest the dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued for recovery of the amount owed plus costs.
